We a are a local premier community bank 1.4 billion in deposits. Thirteen branches in Central Florida. We serve the needs of our customers and communities as a locally owned and managed bank. All credit decisions are made on Robinson St not on Wall Street! We offer customized financial products and services, delivering these promptly, courteously, and convenient. Developing personal relationships with our customers.
I am business development officer for Altamonte Springs market. I administer the operation of the branch with primary emphasis on deposit and loan growth, business development and overall customer experience. Maintain a knowledge of banking regulations, policies and procedures.

We are very involved in our community. As Managers we serve on many non-profit boards. My employee’s are encouraged to volunteer and many do this at Second Harvest Food Bank. Why Do You Enjoy What You Do?
I have been in this industry for almost 30 years. I enjoy my staff. I enjoy all the customers that I’m able to help with their financial needs. My favorite part of my job is developing new business by outside calling.
I love to serve my community and over the years have been President and Chairman of many boards. I’m currently serving as Past President of EEC. I was Chairman of YMCA Lake Mary. I currently serve as Mentor on the board of Seminole State College. Serving as Treasurer for Leadership Seminole Class #23. Will graduate 5/16/14.
How Did You Get Into Your Line of Work?
Started as a peak time teller at First Union Bank when moving to this area.
