Leading Edge Title was opened in 1998 and has two central Florida offices, and can conduct closings throughout the state of Florida. We are well versed in all types of real estate transactions, including short sales, refinances, 1031 tax exchanges and seller financing. Leading Edge Title has their own in house title examiners for quick turnaround on title searches, and has a full post closing department to monitor all the closing details for after the closing.
